Info + FAQ

Antique and vintage items are pre-worn and pre-loved, so some wear is to be expected. I will be sure to mention any wear or damage that stands out to me above what I consider to be normal wear for something of that age. Please carefully review the product photos as they also make up part of the product description. Please ask any questions you may have and request additional photos or videos prior to purchasing. Any item with gemstones has been reviewed and verified by a GIA Graduate Gemologist.

Do you offer sizing?
Yes, we have a jeweler who offers sizing. We try to note in each listing whether or not a ring is suited for resizing, though the feasibility often depends upon the difference in size needed. Please feel free to contact us to confirm if a ring you are interested in could be sized to your needs. It is generally $40 to go smaller and $60 to go larger, but the cost may vary depending on the scope of the project. Please be aware that it often takes at least one month for sizing. If this is a service you are interested in, please contact us to coordinate immediately upon purchase.

Do you offer layaway?
At checkout, you have the option of using ShopPay or PayPal's pay-in-installments options. In those cases, the full purchase price is paid to us and we ship out your item(s) right away. Then you continue to make payments to ShopPay or PayPal. If you would prefer a more traditional layaway arrangement where we hold your item(s) until they are paid in full, please reach out through the contact form and we will be happy to set that up for you! In those instances, we ask for a down payment of 25% and then you have 90 days to pay the balance in full.

Layaway payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to another item minus a 15% restocking fee. Any layaways not completed by the end of their 90 day term are considered abandoned and no credit will be issued.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your purchase, and do our best to represent everything as accurately as possible and to the best of our knowledge. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original as-sold condition, with the same stones and in the same size. The buyer is to pay return shipping fees and provide insurance and a tracking number. Shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and verified its condition.
