Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders will be shipping within 1-3 business days of purchase.

SHIPPING OPTIONS + FEES:
Within the US - Shipping is free on all orders over $50. 
Packages will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from ship date - may be longer during holidays and weather related interruptions).
Customers have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
All packages are shipped with insurance.

Outside of the US - Buyer pays for International Shipping at a rate dependent upon destination. Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class International Package or Priority Mail at the buyer's choice. We declare the full value of the package and the buyer is responsible for any customs, duties or import fees.

LIABILITY:
We take care to package your item(s) for transit, but Duchess of Gems is not responsible or liable for damage or loss incurred during shipping. Once a package is out of our hands and with the post office, it is beyond our control and no longer our responsibility. All packages are shipped with insurance and an insurance claim may be submitted, but we cannot control the results. If your mailbox is not secure and you wish to sign for your package, contact us before placing your order.
