Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original as-sold condition, with the same stones and in the same size. The buyer is to pay return shipping fees and provide insurance and a tracking number. Shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and verified its condition.
