Where my goths at?! This one is a bit spooky, I will tell you. And if that’s something you like, then this would be your perfect locket.
It’s on a long black chord, but could be put on something else.
It has the original glass inside.
Vulcanite is a durable material made of hardened rubber and sulfur, which was patented by Charles Goodyear (of tire fame) in the US and by Thomas Hancock in the UK. Apparently they had big feud about the patents. Vulcanite was commonly used in Victorian jewelry as a more affordable and durable alternative to carved Whitby jet.

It measures just under 1.75” wide when closed and 2.75” long including the added bail
